The guest-house rules

A guest-house is available to the INFM visitors of the TASC and ELETTRA laboratories, located in the lab's premises in Basovizza, 56 via Gruden.

The guest-house has 9 rooms (2 single and 7 double, for a total of 16 beds), equipped with a well furnished kitchen (including a dish-washer), 3 bathrooms, a washing machine, a TV set, and a telephone.

Reservations can be made with the INFM secreteriat of TASC (Rossella Fanucchi).

INFM's guest house in Basovizza is intended for hosting INFM personnel for short periods of stay (anyway inferior to two months) in the following order of priority:

1. INFM users of beam lines and/or machinery connected with the use of sperimental facilities at Elettra and at TASC (i.e. staff, associates, fellow- and scholarship holders, research grantees);
2. INFM personnel involved in the construction or management of beam lines and/or sperimental machinery at Elettra and at TASC (i.e. staff, associates, fellow- and scholarship holders, research grantees);
3. Allied field personnel (INFM's associates category C) involved in point 2. activities.

Guest house RESERVATIONS shall be submitted to foresteria@tasc.infm.it at least SEVEN days prior to arrival date and CONFIRMATIONS shall be emailed back within seven calendar days prior to guests' arrival date. The confermation of reservations follows the order of arrival of the requests and the above listed priority principle.

In case of periods of stay superior to fifteen days and with priority 3., the extension of the reservation is subject to weekly confirmations within the limitations of room availability, and anyhow not over the maximum of two months.

The price is 15 € per night and per person. When booking a room, guests should not forget to indicate the research funds on which their bill will be settled.

Upon arrival guests will find the key of their room at the TASC secretariat, from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm and on Fridays from 9am to 1.30pm. After this time, the keys can be found at the reception of ELETTRA, in an envelope with the guest's name and containing some information on the proper usage of the guest-house.

All the guests are kindly requested to fill in the guestbook near the telephone, by indicating their names, room number, and date of arrival and departure. This will allow all the guests to know the identity of their housemates.

Upon departure, the key is to be handled back to the TASC secretariat - working hours as specified above.

Il regolamento della foresteria

L'INFM ha messo a disposizione degli utenti del Laboratorio Elettra e del Laboratorio TASC una Foresteria situata a Basovizza, in via Gruden 56.

L'autobus n.39 e n.51 collegano Basovizza con il Sincrotrone e Trieste.

La Foresteria dispone di 9 camere di cui 2 singole e 7 doppie (per un totale di 16 letti), di 1 cucina completamente attrezzata (provvista di lavapiatti) 3 bagni, lavatrice, televisione e telefono.

Per prenotare occorre contattare la segreteria del TASC (Rossella Fanucchi).

La foresteria INFM a Basovizza è destinata ad ospitare personale INFM, per periodi di permanenza brevi (comunque inferiori a due mesi) nel seguente ordine di priorità:

1. Utenti INFM (dipendenti, afferenti, personale afferente in formazione) di beam lines e/o apparati connessi con l'uso delle facilities sperimentali presso ELETTRA e presso il TASC;
2. Personale INFM (dipendenti, afferenti, personale afferente in formazione) coinvolto nella gestione o costruzione di beam lines o apparati sperimentali rivolti anche all'utenza, presso ELETTRA e presso il TASC;
3. Personale esterno collegato (afferenti INFM di categoria C) coinvolto nelle attività di cui al punto 2.

Le prenotazioni per la foresteria andranno fatte almeno SETTE giorni prima della data di arrivo e saranno CONFERMATE a cura della segreteria sette giorni di calendario prima della data di arrivo. La conferma della prenotazione si baserà sul rispetto dell'ordine di priorità delle richieste pervenute a quella data, secondo i criteri sopra enunciati.

Per permanenze superiori ai quindici giorni con priorità 3, la estensione sarà soggetta a conferma settimanale della data limite di disponibilità, comunque non oltre il limite dei 2 mesi.

Al momento della prenotazione si devono indicare i fondi INFM su cui graverà la spesa relativa al pernottamento il cui costo è di 15 € per notte.

Gli interessati troveranno la chiave presso la segreteria del Laboratorio TASC dal lunedì al giovedì tra le ore 9 e 17.30, al venerdì dalle 9 alle 13.30. Al di fuori di tale orario gli interessati dovranno rivolgersi alla portineria del Sincrotrone dove troveranno le chiavi in una busta con il loro nome. Al momento della partenza la chiave deve essere riconsegnata in Segreteria o in portineria secondo gli orari sopra specificati.

Gli utenti troveranno un registro nel quale deve essere scritto il proprio nome, il numero della stanza occupata, il giorno di arrivo e di partenza ciò per permettere agli altri ospiti di essere a conoscenza delle persone che si trovano nella Foresteria.
